I Couldn’t Make This Stuff Up

Only moments ago, I helped my daughter to get out of her bed and use the potty.  She finally knows what the feeling is like and stays dry almost every night.  This time she had to poopie

I assume this is common, but she is obsessed with the look of her tinkle and poopie.  She also always has to be the one to flush it when she’s finished. I make sure the wiping is done right, but aside from that, she has to do everything herself.

So she just dropped this load, hopped off the stool and prepared to flush. When, I think to her own amazement, she was surprised by what was in the bowl. To which she said (and I quote),

“Mommy, that’s a BIG Anaconda poopie!”

Got the Anaconda Visual?

I swear on my life she said it.  I burst out loud laughing because I know she learned about Ana the Anaconda from watching “Go Diego Go!”on TV.  (And, also because poop is funny–admit it.)

Ana the Anaconda

I bet Nick Jr. never expected that to come out of their innocent rainforest biology lesson.

Of course, when I laughed that only made her continue to talk about her poop as an Anaconda. But, I have to admit, that baby of mine is funny.

That’s all I got for tonight.  Best to end on a high note.

About bizemom

I am a busy working mom (get it... "Biz e-Mom"?) of three kids under the age of four. I have a white-collar day job, I have a night job as a mom, and an "in between" job as a freelance writer and blogger. What can I say, I am a glutton for punishment and I don't go to bed until 1 a.m. No matter how much I complain, I like being busy. That must be the Sagitarius in me--we get bored easily. Now on to the next adventure (I mean... venture!)
